Air-Cooled Porsche 911 SC Brake Upgrade & BBS Wheel Fitment at the Haus

There’s nothing quite like the sound and soul of an air-cooled Porsche. This 1980 Porsche 911 SC came into the Haus for some much-needed love — and left ready to hit the road looking and performing better than ever.

We began by removing and cutting down the old wheel bolts to properly accommodate a set of shorter bolts for its new BBS LM wheels. The classic mesh design of the BBS LMs instantly elevated the look of this 911, giving it that perfect mix of vintage motorsport style and modern refinement over the OE Porsche wheels.

Next, it was time to focus on a step up on performance and safety. We throughout the worn disc rotors, and installed fresh drilled brake rotors, new brake pads, and completed a full brake fluid flush to ensure this air-cooled icon has the stopping power to match its old legendary feel.
