A 3.5% CARD TRANSACTION FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL TRANSACTIONS- We take pride in our work and small business, workmanship is warrantied for 12 months or 6k miles, whichever comes first. OEM Parts warranty for 2 years, 24k miles, parts only. There is no parts or labor warranty on ALL performance/aftermarket parts, tuning and associated labor. Modern vehicles use plastic components and may not be removable due to age and mileage. We'll do our best to quote all of the parts we need for a repair. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS HAVE NO WARRANTY. THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY ALL LABOR FOR THE ATTEMPTED INSTALLATION OF CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS. We are not responsible for failed or damaged parts as part of a repair. Completed Invoices must be paid in full, and the vehicle or parts must be picked up within 2 business days. Storage of 35$ per day will be applied to vehicles left on the property 2 business days after work is completed. All refunds will be minus 3.5% CC fee. All parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned or the order is cancelled. Estimates and deposits are valid for 30 days or during sales event periods. An estimate may change on the final invoice. Due to the nature of custom work, no warranty or estimates will be honored. Warranty work will only be performed and/or covered in our shop and cannot exceed the original cost of repair. There is no warranty on rebuilt or built engines.

By signing this invoice, you are permitting all of Haus of Euro's employees to drive your vehicle on public streets as needed, determined by Haus of Euro. You are responsible for valid insurance, registration, and the overall safe condition of the vehicle. We are not responsible for tickets due to missing insurance or registration. We reserve the right to refuse service, test drives, or work performed per customer demands. We do our best to pull every vehicle in at night. Vehicles parked on site overnight are not covered by our insurance. Haus of Euro is not responsible for damage occurred while the vehicle is parked outside.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that labor, diagnostic time, testing, programming, tuning, fabrication, consultation, and other services performed by Haus of Euro are professional services that cannot be returned once rendered. By authorizing repairs or services, the customer agrees to pay for all labor performed, regardless of any subsequent dispute regarding parts, preferences, outcomes, or satisfaction. Any chargeback determined to be improper, fraudulent, or unsupported shall constitute a breach of this agreement. The customer agrees to reimburse Haus of Euro for all unpaid balances, chargeback fees, merchant processing fees, collection costs, attorney's fees, court costs, and any expenses incurred in recovering amounts owed, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
